Encouraging Hope
This mission of Encouraging Hope is to encourage leadership and strengthen teams during times of change, adversity, and loss. I do that through counseling, speaking, training, writing, and coaching. When fear and conflict try to overwhelm us, Jesus gives unshakeable peace. And when despair tires to take hold, the light of Christ brings us eternal hope. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 15:13 says, “May the God of hope fill you with joy and peace as you trust in Him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit.”

From the small beginnings of youth ministry, pastoring, church planting, chaplaincy, entrepreneurship, and a trusted leader in communities, I come alongside others as they encounter grief, adversity, transitions, change, and loss. My Christ-centered, often humorous, and always encouraging approach has made a difference in the lives of individuals, small groups, churches, and businesses- helping them grow in their relationships with the God and in their assignments. It is my hope to help others appreciate seasons of change, hear the voice of God, and learn to transition well.
